I am not sure if you are aware of this, but Autodesk recently released the latest version of their flagship software, called Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012. The ISO file for this release is 27.7 GB in size and includes languages like Chinese Simplified (zh-CN), Czech (cs-CZ), Danish (da-DK), Dutch (nl-NL), English (en-US or en-GB depending on feedback on language support) French (fr-FR), German (de) Italian (it-IT), Japanese (ja). Korean, Polish, Portuguese Brazil(pt_BR) Russian русский язык(ru). Spanish (es-ES) Swedish (sv) and Turkish (tr); Inventor Professional 2012 includes the standard Inventor features for 3D-modeling, but also includes additional capabilities such as: Scripts, CAD-to-CAD translation and 3D web browsing to create 3D content in Designer. During installation the application asks if you want to install Execute scripts in Designer or Run in batch (.bat files and .cmd files). If you choose to install this extension, it will add "Run Scripts" to the "Tools" menu. Tools > Run Scripts. Run Scripts allows you to enter or browse for scripts. A script is a text file containing commands which are executed in the order, in which they appear in the file. When you run a script, Designer reads the commands from top to bottom. The text is not case-sensitive so all uppercase and lowercase letters are equivalent. Comments can be added after an exclamation point (!) and paragraphs can be delineated by blank lines; otherwise, all lines of text should be commands (not comments or empty lines). You can use the Run Scripts tool to do things like: "1) Configure colors, layers, linetypes. 2) Create new drawings. 3) Assign linetypes to layers." Run Scripts is not meant to be a scripting language like VB or JavaScript; it's simply another way of bringing scripts into Designer that has no dependency on third party software (such as AutoLISP). A script can be saved in any plain-text editor (like Notepad). A script can be executed by locating it in Windows Explorer and double-clicking on it or by using Run Scripts in Designer (Tools > Run Scripts). The installer program uses .NET Framework 3.5, which is required to install the program, and then adds several commands to the Windows Start Menu that allow the user to quickly launch options during installation or after installation. For example, one of these commands starts the "Designer_Uninstall_Program" command. This command uninstalls Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012 programs added during installation, but does not uninstall any other programs. Another command starts the "Autodesk_Inventor_Readme" command which launches a web browser with this file's location. The License Agreement reads: "By installing this software you agree to comply with all of its terms and conditions. cfa1e77820
